(the fine print)

COVID19 Policies

Since the mandatory statewide closure due to COVID-19, I want to assure you that I am taking the health and safety of our clients and myself very seriously as we reopen the salon. There are many new safety precautions and sanitation measures that we are implementing. Below is an overview of what you can expect when you return to Leilani Artistry Studio for your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

 I may reach out to you in advance of your appointment to touch base with more specific information relevant to you and your upcoming service.

  • All clients and myself will be required to wear a mask while at the salon.

  • Please arrive on-time for your appointment and allow an additional 5-10 minutes for check-in.

  • Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) for the time being.

When You Arrive To The Salon

Please Text/Call me when you park. Wait in your car till I am ready for your service. I must walk you in as the front door will be locked and no walk-ins are allowed at this time.

  • You may be asked to have your temperature taken using a no-touch digital thermometer and you will also be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your service. 

  • Upon arriving to the salon, we will check you in and ask that you wait in your car until I am ready to see you.

  • Our reception area and beverage bar are currently closed to minimize traffic within the studios.

During Your Appointment

  • All guests and myself will be required to wear a mask while in the salon and to wash/sanitize hands before your appointment.

  • Phenix Salon Studios and Myself are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client.

  • Please keep your personal items to a minimum and may ask you to disinfect your phone (or any other items sitting out) with a wipe.

  • Hugging and handshaking and anything other than the required contact to provide your service should be avoided at this time.

  •  For the time being we will not be handling cash or checks. Contactless payment will be made through Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

 If you have an underlying health condition we ask that you wait at least 14 days to return to the salon.

 In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

You must give 48 hours notice directly to me prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a direct confirmation back from me stating I received your notice to cancel/reschedule.

​

Failure to cancel or reschedule in appropriate time will result in a cancellation fee totaling 50% of total services booked.

​

I understand emergencies, sicknesses, weather hazards, etc., so in the event of one of these situations the charge will act as a credit on your account to use towards your service when you're ready to reschedule. Or will be handled on a case by case bases.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact me directly at 954-470-3129.

By giving your card info, you are consenting and agreeing to incurring all charges applied if/when the policies stated in the paragraph above are broken.

Account credits must be used within one month of originally scheduled service and can only be redeemed towards the service that was originally scheduled**

Info Required for Booking

To book an appointment, the following necessary information is needed to secure your time slot:

First and last name, email, phone number, and a card to hold on file (numbers on front, exp date, code on back, and zip code).

Re-do's & Adjustments

All cut and/or color services are given a 48 hour "grace period" from the date of their appointment. If in this time you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of your service, I'm happy to tweak the cut/color to reflect the items discussed in our original consultation free of charge. Any issues brought up after the grace period will require payment for further services.

 

No refunds.

*Cut/Color Adjustments are up to the discretion of the stylist to be deemed necessary or relevant based on the original consultation.

If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
